I recently returned for a 2-week business trip to Israel. What impressed me while there was the number of e-bikes.
Tel Aviv is rather flat country (except for Jaffa, the old city) and bicycle transport is very popular. I would say about half of the bicycles that I saw being ridden there were e-bikes. All motors were rear hub and appeared to be about 250kW to 350kW in size.
Almost all the scooters being ridden there appeared to be e-scooters.
