Everyone is experiencing shipping lag, and its worse during the holidays. At least the company isn't in "Rad Mode" and going out of business! I'm sure the missing items will arrive when you least expect it.

I think Rad is still up and shipping. Probably some good deal(s) over the holidays. I continue to get marketing email from them, but yes it looks like they’re on their way out.

My first impression of the newest version Tour after first assemblying/not riding it : Much improved at first glance.

Welds are all excellent, fit /inish looks good; you can just tell that they've been trying to make a better product.
Still don't care for the seat yet the more adjustable back rest is nice along with the better cargo liner.
Never really ran across anything that was questionable in terms of workmanship so overall this yet and still seems to be a solidly built trike.
I'll take it out closer to Christmas when it gets warmer and see what their new 'control box' (or whatever) that I never put on our other Tour is all about.
