Digital Torque Wrench

Most of the torque wrenches discussed here are smaller tools used on e-bikes that read in the low Nm range and not suited for automotive use.

FWIW, I do a lot of mechanical work on my tractors though, and have been very happy with the eTORK EC3250. It is both digital and click style, moderately priced and quite accurate.

Welcome to the forum and good luck with your quest for the perfect wrench!

A decade ago, I bought a Topeak d-Torq digital torque wrench, the 1-20nm version. I see they're up to almost $300 now.

Super easy to use. Set your torque and the wrench will beep when you reach it, and then it'll beep again if you exceed.

At the time, I thought it was an extravagant purchase. Looking back, wish I would have got one earlier.

Not cheap, durable and always spot on.

I use a lot of different torque tools. Currently most used is the digital topeak 1-10Nm, click style gedore red 5-25 and the 20-100Nm versions. Also some cyclus, wisvo etc and a version to measure the torque which is used on these fasteners.

And in the workshop we have the gedore torque tester to check the wrenches every week

Forgetting the proxxon, tacks and unior wrenches...
