In my area, CyclOSM is a really good resource for cycling infrastructure. It knows about a lot of paths that Google maps doesn't, and it has finer-grained information about what's on the road. It also has stuff that Google maps doesn't even try to have, like map markers for bicycle parking. As you zoom out, it continues to favor bike related paths instead of reverting to interstates etc.
