Court Rye can you help me.

I’m hoping you can help me get my wife’s Gocycle off the repair Ferris wheel, it’s been 4.5 weeks since it stopped working. My wife’s knees were getting bad to ride so I used your videos to get a small light weight folding bike with no throttle. The Gocycle gs was the perfect match. For 13 months, minus 5 months winter storage, and 900 miles we rode with grandchildren and to local restaurants. We were having a great time until it just stopped working. I took it to the shop, here in Chicago, where I bought and for 4.5 week they worked long distance with the tech reps in Minnesota and the U.K. with no resolution. Finally the shop was told to ship the bike to Minnesota which is where we are now. I called the shop today but they had no new info. The grandkids are back in school, the days are getting shorter and I’m afraid this summer will be a bust for ebike riding if the bike is not fixed soon. I hopping you have some contacts that might expedite the repair. It would be greatly appreciated. Ed and Sharon Clement

You want Court to be a consumer advocate? I think if he advocated for every person that had an eBike issue, he'd have to clone 10 of him selves.

But I have to read it, and somehow its distasteful.
Oh come now. Haven’t you ever asked someone for help? Whenever I have been in a position to help someone, I do. I don’t consider distasteful to help others.

It doesn't hurt to ask for help. You might find help from someone reading your post. It might help you to post a thread in the Gocycle forum and ask for help from anyone, not specifically Court. The brand or their dealers might monitor the forum. Also posting there will send alerts to other owners of the bike.

Good luck!

If that is all you think you did, then you need more help than you know.
