Converted Townie-What would *you* do?

Hi Folks-

I'm new to the forum. I've been looking around for an affordable ebike and came across this one which has me very tempted. I loved my old Townie because of the comfort factor. However, I know very little about conversions or the Magic Pie and wondered if anyone here had any insight or experience based input.

Get it, looks like a good build, newish 480 AH battery, affordable. You might find an article comparing front & back hub motors here. Oh and welcome to the clubhouse. -S
