Sorry to see you go Shea; you've been a valued contributor to this community.
Re-thinking Sport mode (Bosch Mid), plenty of help and awesome mileage, plus I can always turbo past pelos and up hills. Big waves here soon
It takes a special girl to get me to ride with an unassisted biker, thought my bike was broke the mileage est and batt bars were so high!

I think I know whom you're talking about, and yeah it's super annoying. Like F'n High school up in here.
Just had the rare double tail wind experience! Shaved 20 minutes off a 25 mile loop, funny because I just tuned and cleaned the bike, magic!
Tour mode for 60 miles today, so accustomed to Turbo it took a while to get used to going for distance, VS going for speed. Back 2 Trbo 2mro

Very cool! This spring I've done a 40 & 42mi day w/bat left. About 15wh/mi. Wonder what can be done taking it dead?

What a cool idea, I hope you get Bender... that would be so cool :)

Bender could lead to excess drinking, how about Chappy?
Shea, I checked out the bodyfloatbseat your referenced on the thread below, looks too notch. You feel you still need it despite the full suspension?

Yes because it can respond much faster that the full swing arm of the RS and with the preload it has the effect of sticking the seat to your bum rather than ejecting the rider. Sounds strange I know but sure rides nice. Cheers, -S
What speed do you go on your loop? Do you ever think of getting a dash or similar bike again? If you hung in Eco mode and went slower could you go 50 miles.

2nd battery is in a backpack with water, tubes & tools etc. I suppose it is light enough for one of those seatpost racks, but I like my backpack's versatility. I average about 20 mph, with the hills I mentioned before included so more like 24 on the flats. 50 is possible in Eco and lower speeds, like 18. Of course doing the same loop in Turbo W the 2nd battery is a blast, unlocked of course ;) -S
Where do you put the second battery? I'm buying from crazy Lenny so nothing is retail :) I only by from him now.
Hi Shea. I'm thinking of getting a fs rx and have been reading your posts. I'm wondering if you still ride your dash. I currently have a neo jet and tend to do 30 miles a day when the weather permits in Maryland. Is that too much or no problem on a fs rx? I like the idea of full suspension as bumps can be harsh at 20 mph. Thx.

Sold the Dash. 30 miles is about the limit in Tour mode on the fs rx. Of course I have a few hills on my 25 mile loop, maybe 700 feet in total so your mileage may vary. I just got a 2nd battery, perhaps you can do what I did and negotiate a 2nd battery at cost plus shipping, retail is a joke. -S

BTW - I still use a BodyFloat on the fs rx, nothing reacts to high frequency bumps like that bad boy, kinda sticks the seat to your bum too, as opposed to being ejected a bit W/out. -S
Just fixed a gaser for a kid at the beach, keyway vibrated off clutch spline. Also did 40 miles on my Haibike today. -S
Rode 20 miles with no battery today including 600 feet of climbing, even passed a road biker on the biggest hill, motivation? Missing ID. -S
