Changes planned for my new Yamaha YDX Moro 07

Regarding the squeal, I don't think bleeding will help. You need to center the caliper. Try loosening the caliper, pull brake tight and tighten caliper while holding brake. That "should" put the disk in the center of the pads and increase clearance. Visually verify before and after.
I put a touch of grease under the bolt head and left the washer to caliper dry. Without it, every time I tightened the bolts, the caliper moved slightly. Locktight on the bolts too.

Interesting. The reason I mentioned to check visually is because the adjustment didn't "last" or work on all 3 bikes. I just figured I did something wrong being in a hurry and not visually verifying, so this was on my "to do list" to look into. I know the technique worked on my other bikes, but your post makes a lot of sense, and it's binding. I wonder if we should also lube or use antiseize on the "oval" part of that "bushing". It would probably float and not bind, like MX breaks float, blue loctite gel would probably ensure nothing shakes loose. Thanks for sharing!
