chain ring on BDS01

i like to change the standard 46 teeth chain ring for a smaller one for better hill climbing. what is available? is it easy to fit? who can supply one? i live in new zealand.

BBS01?

With an adapter you have the ability to buy a ring down to adapter size. Near 30T. There is a 30t BBS01 ring. I have one. They are a bit pricey.
