cannondale kinneto headshok vs haibike sduro cross rc

You must be in or near Europe, 250 watt motors. I'm not a fan of Suntour forks and suspect that thing will become slow and barely useful inside of 4 months. I do like Haibike frames. I have no experience with the Cannondale's linear fork so I can't speak to it's performance. I've seen chips for the Yamaha, the Cannondale may be harder to unlock. Good luck! -S
 
I love Cannondale's and the quality of the builds. That being said they aren't the same as they once were. Cannondale is notorious for their proprietary componentry which can leave you with one option for parts and accessories, OEM. And when Cannondale decides to move on to the next great idea, they leave the old one behind. I still love Cannondale and would like to own one of their ebikes one day. Haibikes are amazing as all the Euro-Bosch bikes are! I do and don't envy you having to decide... Good luck! And welcome.

Yes, I am from Europe :) And in Europe we have more limited choice of e-bikes (for example we don't have Easy Motion bikes and I think that Easy Motion Evo Cross would be a perfect choice for me).

From my perspective Kinneto headshok is a Quick CX1 with added Bosch motor. And You can tell by how it looks. By comparison Haibike looks like proper and well thought e-bike. So maybe I should choose Haibike. But on other hand I really like the Cannondale's frame look and it's linar fork (I have tried Quick CX1). So tough choice...

Indeed, this is very tough choice. When buying Cannondale you pay a lot just for the brand and like You said sometimes it's not worth the extra money.

This Sduro model which I am considering is using Yamaha's powertrain. It is said to be more responsive and more quiet than Bosch. Which are good things for me. But the lower price suggests that it should be worse than Xduro series with Bosch engines.
 
In our household, we have a Haibike and a non-electric Cannondale Quick model. It's a bit like comparing apples and oranges, but from a bicycle standpoint they seem to be of similar quality.

The links you provided give more details about the Haibike, and the Cannondale just lists generic specs. The Deore XT components on the Haibike seem quality for the price. I wish that bike was available here, with U.S. wattage; I guess the grass is always greener on the other side of the sea!

Although you are getting a slightly lower cost motor, Yamaha is still solid, so based on the information provided, I recommend the Sduro.

One more thought: your statement that Yamaha is more responsive than Bosch, the Bosch measures three inputs, 1000 times per second, and I can tell you from personal experience it's very unlikely the Yamaha could be perceptively more responsive.

I think that Sduro will indeed be a better choice for me. But I have just read in the other thread about Cube Hybrid 29 and started to thinking about it:

Comparing these two bikes what would You choose?

Regarding responsivnes of Yamaha engine: I have read that it works as soon as You start pedaling and gives more torque from the start.

Sounds great, and that would make it equal to Bosch!

Cube has good specs. Not a brand that I have any experience with however.
 
Under some unknown circumstances the Bosh will delay for a few revolutions, happened to me yesterday off the line at a stoplight. I was in a highish gear and just muscled through it. -S

The moment I was pretty sure that I want Sduro I have found new Cannondale cross bike:

It uses new Shimano engine that is said to be very responsive and powerful. The only drwaback is nosie which it creates (high pitch, not very nice). But I think I can live with that ;)
Now I am wandering if there is a space within the frame to change the tires to 50-622 size. I am thinking about these tires:

With them this Cannondale should be a very capable crostrail bike. The lat weak spot could be this Santour NRX-D fork, but You can't have all, can You ?:)

I think it is a bit urban oriented, as you point out the fork, and the narrower tires that it comes with as well. Is the Shimano motor well supported where you are?

I was considering KTM because it seems to offers a more comfort, upright riding position. The only 27,5 ebike with even more city like possition is this Xenion from BH Bikes.

I think this is very comparble to Your bike. Yet both these bikes are more expensive thant Kinneto so I had to pass.

But I must admit that especially Xenion looks very nice and it's off road capabilities are very tempting.

Yes, but I like and even need this urban ride position that Kinneto offers.

From my point of view Kinneto it is very comparable to Sduro Cross bike (if You change the tires) so I don't see big issue there.

Shimano is not well supported in my country (like in most countries because it is fairly new and uniqe engine). This indeed may couse potential problems but I hope Shimano made a quality product there :)
