Can I bypass Aventon Zoom brakes w/ power cut off

Stripped the rear Zoom brake oil drain bolt on second removal while attempting a bleed off an Aventon Aventure1 & bought a low end Zoom rear hydraulic brake to replace but it doesn't have the " cut off pin connector " . Question or questions is .
1. Can I remove this cut off cable without an issue electronically on the bike & ride without 1 brake side cut off connector ?
2. How does one remove a Stripped brake oil drain Allen/screw/bolt ? Or would that process damage the said hole beyond use ?

Many Youtube videos on how to remove a stripped Hex/Allen bolt. This one looks worth a try using a Torx driver. It worked for me recently.

your question is, can I ride the bike with only one brake having a motor disconnect working? Yes.
Will it affect the bike electrically ? No. It will work fine.

Being a rear drive cadence sensing bike, the brake cutoffs play a more important role in controlling the motor than they would if your model were an Aventure 2 with torque sensing. Electrically it will work fine. From a safety standpoint make sure you always use both brake levers when braking. Also I would not let anyone else ride the bike configured that way. You could be in serious legal jeopardy if they get injured in a crash.
