Broken crank and supply issues Charger4

Pedal fell completely off my Charger4. R&M initially refused to provide new cranks under warranty until my local bike shop talked them into it and I now I’ve waited nearly 4 weeks for them to arrive from the Germany to the UK. Asides from the rubbish service from R&M, are cranks for Gen4 Bosch systems that hard to get?

FSA 170mm. Not hard to get at all. It does say "for R&M" as though there's something special, but I doubt it. Check out:

You can search the listings for a supplier closer to you, but these crank arms are inexpensive. Cross-check w/your dealer that I'm correct, but this is the answer for many models.

I see that R&M markets your bike as "long-lasting riding pleasure." Clearly rubbish!

I had one crack on me. but this guy when we clipped a post was crazy. I got 8000 milnes from my first cranks on my bosch bike.

I guess I'm lucky. I've never had it happen w/ over 30k miles on Bosch bikes. Is 8k when you clipped the post?

no, the cracked one just happened after 8000 miles. they may have used a cheaper brand on it the bike was only around 3k.. I was able to ride carefully till I got a new one. That one never cracked it just bent like hell.
