NOW ...When I charge the battery the green light on the battery cord shows green meaning the battery should be fully charged, but when I put the battery in the bike it shows three blocks of green lights from the full one block of yellow and one block of red on the Empty. I'm very upset because I haven't even riden the bike one time and the bike won't even start up because it doesn't seem like the battery is working correctly. I'm following the instructions correctly and the bike won't even start up. The LED screen won't even come on. Can anyone give me some advice on what to do? Thank you

Could just be a sign to go buy a real legal eBike from a reputable dealer?
It could be a sign but this is a "real legal e-bike"
It wasn't stolen. As a matter of fact it's brand new straight out the box. I have an order number#576947552059..
I might look up a bike shop that sells e-bikes and go in and see for myself. I did order this one offline but I'm not the only one that orders e-bikes offline. No matter how I got this bike it should have came WORKING.

All you can do is try to get a refund. It is an extremely cheap bike, and no way it has that much power. It's not a battery you want to charge inside, either, it's way too low-end ot trust.
Thank you. I was trying to reach out to the company. If I don't get a satisfactory answer from them in the next few days, I'm going to request a refund. I'm glad I charged it through PayPal because I'll make the refund easier to get. I'm just upset that right out the box this bike isn't working. I haven't rode it one time yet. I'm thinking it's something with the controller or the wiring at this point

I doubt many shops would work on it, they tend to shy away from the lowest-end bikes. It's just not worth it to them.

It should have been checked by the seller prior to shipping, but apparently wasn’t. At this point I would just return it or get a refund immediately from PayPal. Sounds like it may give you continuous grief in the future. You don’t want to be on a ride 10 miles from home and it stops working.

Get yourself a quality e-bike from your local bike shop. A used one is a good option to keep the costs down.

It's a 500.00 bike, it may catch on fire when it's charged :D

Tech support responsed to me and asked me to check the wiring and video it and send it to them so that they can see if they should send me any replacement parts, But I'm thinking that I may just request a refund. I haven't even ridden the bike one time and already the bike is not working so I might just ask for a refund because I don't want any problems down the road. Thank you

There is an on/off switch on the right side of the battery, Hard to miss, but maybe you missed it, You got the battery seated so it can lock?

Pedaluma is talking about a round connector on the display cable. Follow the cable out of the display and it should have a connector like the green one in the picture. Make sure it's fully seated, It's a common issue on bikes.

Is there any electronics under the seat> Might be a connector there too, Brand new bike, it;s always the last guy in the factory didn't plug everything in tight,

Do the video first, and request a refund,

It happens all the time. The bar comes in the box usually strapped to the right side of the fork and the display wire gets pulled open slightly. I am going to be honest with this and it is what I would say to a close friend. This bike is a waste of money at any price (unless you are staging one new scene for a new Jackass movie, that could be funny). There are always exceptions to every rule!
