Bosch Flow Maps Question

Hello everyone,
I have a Cube Reaction Hybrid Pro e-bike (I love it)!, its a couple of years old and has Bosch Smart system. I also have the wireless charging mount so I can use my iPhone as part of the Flow system.
Bosch did an update in the last few weeks and it feels like the default 3D view of the map on the phone is so wide (covering around 500metres) there's little in the way of detail where the bike actually is.
I've tried googling this to see if there's some kind of adjustment but cannot find anything in the app to change this - I want it closer (my eyes need it closer).

Has anyone else experienced this? Did you manage to resolve it?

I tried using the Bosch help website, but I cannot get past the Captcha.
I'm also disappointed that Bosch (or indeed Mapbox) have removed the differentiation between bridal ways and footpaths in the map - but that's not something that can be adjusted.

Many thanks in advance

Do you have Flow or Flow+? It looks like v1.28 made 3D map changes, some of which require the Flow+ subscription. I'm not familiar with the mapping features of either version.

Thanks for replying.
Yes, version 1.28
I have a free trial of Flow+.
I took some screenshots to show how zoomed out the map is in different modes, the changes are quite subtle from one mode to the next. The 3D view let's you see to the horizon - pointless unless you have a large ipad mounted on the bike but the other modes have just as wide a perspective meaning no real detail up front.
These screenshots were taken on a path about 3 metres from the riad but you'd be hard pressed to see it. I just want a permanent more zoomed in view.
Any ideas gratefully received.
thanks.

I wouldn't blame you. All that detail would be unnecessary for me. My question is what changes with the basic Flow mapping?

I just want a permanent more zoomed in view.
Had a similar problem after hitting the recenter button in the Specialized app: Map was too zoomed out and wouldn't zoom or pan. Took a while to figure out that I had to hit the recenter button a 2nd time to unlock pan and zoom.

Not the permanent zoom level you're after, as the same thing happens the next time you recenter. But hitting a button twice and readjusting the map is easy enough.

Maybe Flow+ has some button or gesture to unlock pan and zoom.

@Guitar Player 63 This the page you were trying to access on the Bosch site?

It talks about pinch to zoom and using the button in lower right to switch between an overview mode and the default zoom. I don't think that really solves your problem..

The Bosch Help doesn't cover this but maybe there is a zoom function in the quick menu? It looks like Bosch has implemented the quick menu in the Smart System similar to how it works on my System2 bike. While riding, hold the selection button on your handlebar remote (if you have one?) for >1 sec to access the quick menu. On my bike I can zoom in or out from there with 1 or 2 clicks. Also zoom is persistent unless 'automatic' is selected.
