That is a neat offering. Here, our local automobile "club", RACWA does provide assistance for mobility devices such as electric and manual wheelchairs but it does not extend to bikes or e-bikes. When I have had to I have simply called for a taxi (we can ask for station wagon/van taxies) which can take the bike.
