Does anyone know the correct derailleur hanger for the 2019 Rad Mini Step Thru? Rad Power has not responded to my question. I would like to replace the bent hanger but there are many hanger types to choose from. I like the dropout # for the correct hanger if you have it. Thanks.

No part number stamp on the hanger? I know "some" mountain bikes have it stamped. Anyways, when you find out the correct hanger just get 2 extra ones for standby. I hate bent hangers but at least you can replace it unlike in the old days. And yes, you or a good bike shop can bend it back until you source the new hanger(s).

Your derailleur isn't bent too badly. This Park Tool video shows how to straighten a derailleur hanger with an adjustment tool like Part Tool's DAG-2.2. Similar tools are available online for less. Your LBS will also have one of these and can do this adjustment for you for a few $.
As @harryS suggests you can use a wrench to bend it back, though this will not always get your shifting back to peak performance as 'eyeballing' the alignment is difficult for such a small part. It will get you back on the road. Skip the adjustment tool if it's close enough for you.

You may try ordering, say, 4 different ones that look the most similar from Amazon, and see if you do not come up with a match. Return the other 3 if that works.
After purposely bending mine for another project, I have found that the metal that the bracket is made f is very malleable, and is not brittle pot metal. As such, it seems to bend very easily. With a torch, anvil (or any flat hard surface) and hammer, you should be able to easily get that straightened up in less than 5 minutes!

Derailleur hangers are meant to be expendable. They are the weak link between the frame and the derailleur. They are designed to bend or break instead of the mounting ear on the frame or the derailleur itself when the bike falls over or gets in an accident.
The Park tool mentioned above, or something similar, is good to have around for minor repairs. Take more photos, like the ones above, so you have a reference and can bend the hanger back into it's original shape if it happens again.
