BBSHD mosfets gone!

Ive had few problems with 12H error few times before and I think water had got in mabye.
Voltage seemed to be all over the place and giving false readings.

I just took controller off and checked readings

Negative side of Blue is 14.7, yellow 9.4 & green 12.5 but Positive side is Blue 5.4, yellow 0.02 and green 4.0

I think its the yellow phase mosfet thats gone so I will have to buy a new controller.

I put a new cotroller on and it switches on but I get 10H code now and motor doesnt spin up

10h is controller high temperature. Sensor was possibly damaged same time as controller? ...I'm not sure if it is built in to controller or separate.
