battery meter reading.

I am a satisfied rider of a Kalkhoff Bionx B27 Connect (rev 5.6 software) but would like some advice on the following: (1)the battery meter reads empty after about 10 miles but still has capacity for up to a further 15 / 20 miles, I would like to be able to read actual battery level as it discharges.(2) the default regen setting appears to be very low , when the brake is applied on steep declines the setting has to increased manually to have any effect. All advice very welcome. .

Call Brent at New Wheel in San Francisco. They are a Kahlkoff dealer and very knowledgeable.

Thanks for reply. I am in England and will try again to contact Kalkhoff here or in Germany, its not too much of a problem as I have 2 batteries.
