Battery compartment cover?

Hi! I just got an Ultimate C8. I am planning on keeping it in a locked shed, but keeping the battery inside. I checked the Gazelle site and they don’t seem to have covers for when the battery is removed. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas for how best to protect the port while the battery is out? Thanks!

Yes - it would be great if there was a cover - while it is not a big problem for me currently in that I will have my bike in the garage - it would be good to be able to protect that area when the battery is off and being charged.

I've seen several people transporting their down tube battery bikes with plastic wrap and an Ace bandage covering the battery cavity.
