I have a Rockshark Ostrich 2 that I inherited. I cannot find a manual for it. I just charged the battery and the adapter LED went from red to green. Battery voltage = 42V out of the bike.
My current issue is the display is showing one bar with an E and the battery is showing close to 42V measured at the charging port when in the bike and bike is on.
The bike ran as I would expect b4 charging with 39 volts. That isn't discharged for a 36V battery, but the display showed it as no bars and flashing indicating totally discharged.
How do I determine what is wrong?
The display, an EN06, has a 3 wire connection and I measure no voltage on the controller connection pins when disconnected.
