hi, I have a cargo bike with a bafang bb02b . i got the bike in 2019 and have riden it 2000 to 3000 miles.
while riding it on a dirt road with a decent grade it suddenly stopped working/assisting. it started to make a grumbly sound in forward and reverse and has significant resistance when rolling it in reverse. I changed the controller but this did not correct the problem. Indianajo suggested that it might be a gear or clutch issue. is this likely the cause, is there a way to check, and are there parts available to fix.
