Anyone running Marathon Plus tubeless?

Thanks to everyone on this forum, I'm the happy owner of a CCX as of a few months ago :) now driving the car even less than before and my 21 mile one-way commute is totally feasible by bike.

Wanted to see if anyone has tried running the Marathon Plus tires that come with the CCX tubeless. I had planned on this until realizing just now they're not technically "tubeless ready". They seem pretty beefy and seat well on the rim so I'm assuming they would work, however am admittedly a bit skittish about trying them given the heavier load and higher speeds with the CCX.

I am quite happy with the Marathon Plus running tubes but had my first flat the other day with a long sharp screw. The bike lanes of Baltimore are unfortunately just a long strip of debris in some parts of the city. Had I been running tubeless I probably wouldn't have noticed this until I went to change the tire.

I would be more concerned as to if the rims are Tubeless Ready certified.

Surprised that screw made it through the 5mm SmartGuard. Took a similar looking screw through my Marathon Almotion last week. I use tubes and it was still holding air until I started trying to remove the screw. First flat I’ve had since I got the bike and close to 10k miles on the Almotions. Really impressed with their combination of low rolling resistance and still very good puncture protection.
