Cramping is a good sign of dehydration - take care out there---- its 84 here but low humidity - its perfect except for the crowds of tourists that invade during the summer. Kids on skateboards, growm men on electric scooters - pedestrians that block the bike path . /endrantGood for you PowerMe! I got home early today, trying to beat the storms. I did, but it is HOT! I don't know what's worse, 91F & 90% humidity or 12F. I had real problems today with cramping in my neck, shoulders and believe it or not feet. I am sore! Very few bikes out for a sunny Friday afternoon.

What a concept! I've heard, "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em," but I've never heard, "if you can't hit 'em with your bike, get 'em to push you."You just need to get those critters to help!
For a while, I didn't know if my butt was breaking in the Brooks, or vice versa.
Well it would have taken your mind off your cramps!I would probably feel much better had I drank some coconut water on the way home today
Remind me in September in case I forget.
