Anyone having any luck with watt wagon warranty claims?

I’ve emailed the warranty email address as well as used the online chat portal. I bought my Crosstour in November 2020, received June 2021.

Now my battery (52v, 21ah) is completely dead and the charger won’t do anything. I haven’t got a response from Watt Wagons. Any advice?

Did you check the fuse in the battery? I had the same thing happen and it was just the fuse. If you know what battery you have,look it up on YouTube for a how to.

Man this could be it because I am reading 0V on the discharge port. Thank you I’ll try right now.

No, I couldn’t even find a fuse in there, just a BMS. I’m sending it off to a relatively local battery repair service. I’ve ordered a new 52V battery in the meantime. Expensive but worth it.
