Ambassador program (Canadian)

Fellow Canadian Juiced owners, did you get the email about being an ambassador? What do you think? In concept I don't mind being an ambassador for the brand. I love the bike, and think it's great value. But I'm not keen on letting strangers come and ride my bike. It's possible someone just pretends to test ride the bike and then steals it.

Anyone have suggestions on how to provide security to protect against getting your bike stolen in that situation? If I wasn't worried about the theft issue I'd sign up to be an ambassador.

I think I would start buy asking them to hand over their car keys, DL, and Credit card, maybe even their cellphone.
Put a GPS tracker on the bike as well.

lol you sound very paranoid for a DMB fan.... Credit card is dumb.

I'd ask for a driver's license, and probably a LinkedIn/Facebook friend request (make sure the profile looks real and check it against the license).

I've sold phones and bikes off Craigslist, never had an issue, always just asked to hold the ID. The distributor could ask for the credit card info too.

I am happy that I could provide you with some lolz.

Cheers,
