Allant 7+ Needs New Tire

Had my first flat today, a tiny piece of wire. Have the original Schwalbe G-One All- Round tires with 3800 miles on them. Noticed a bad spot in a different spot from the puncture. I'm going to replace both tires. Looks like they discontinued the tires I have now but i did find a seller on Amazon that still had them. Noticed they put Bontrager E6 Hard-Case Lite tires on them now. Looks like they would be more puncture resistant than what I have now. What do you guys suggest?

Also looking at these two. The ones I have really roll along good.

And never look back. If you can find Schwalbe Johnny Watts 365, it would be even a better choice (all season, improved puncture protection: Race Guard).

Looks like a good tire. I think I'd rather have a little more toward a road tread. I only ride on asphalt although I get into a little gravel or rocks sometimes.

Don't let the tread looks mislead you. Tyres like JW work with the narrow central strip of hard rubber on asphalt, and the knobbies only become active on cornering or soft surfaces. The LR variant is a fast rolling tyre. I prefer the 365 for better performance during the cold season and a better puncture protection. JWs are perceived as SUV e-bike tyres and are perfect for the Allant+.

I know what you mean. Had something similar on a mountain bike. I put it the cart with a couple others at Amazon
