Use regular grease in between the leaves of the seat post. Carbon grease creaks.

Hello all,
I recently purchased the Canyon Grail:ON CF8, these bike frames do not have a front derailleur braze on, and the seat tube is D shaped not round. I want to put on a chain guide for some rougher trails, any suggestions what model/brand will work on this bike? I contacted Canyon and they do not offer a chain guide for this model.

Also, what tire pressure is everyone using 50 mm Schwalbe G-One Bite Evo tubeless ready tires?

Hi guys,
I am a new member here and I am seeking an advice from the experienced guys like you are. I would like to buy Grail:ON CF 8 eTap Canyon bicycle. Because after so many years riding I need some help now in my old age. I would like to know if this bike can be unlocked or adjusted to achieve class 3 performance. Class 3 e bikes are legal in California. In another words max speed would be 28mph instead of only 20mph. I would be using it mainly on the road and only occasionally on trails

Old thread just like to add 2 cents. Speedbox 3 (https://www.speedbox-tuning.com/p/speedbox-3-0-for-bosch#237) works great I have 2 Grail's (class 3) in 2 diff homes and it has been flawless except for one time when the display got briefly scrambled in a few hundred rides. 3 years now and tested it to 40 mph on group rides we hit very briefly. Got to remember to leave it alone and don't plug it in for about 5 minutes or so till the display turns off and that is all you have to do. Also, very easy to install with instructions on YT.
