I have a 2017 Easy Motion EvoCity.
Currently, the LED charger supplied with the bike is blinking red which indicates abnormal charging and I'm having difficulty interpreting this. I've tried the charger from another outlet and the LED continues to blink red. I've taken the battery off of the frame and tried charging directly to the battery via the dongle and the LED still blinks red. The battery, although it's not charging does have a charge of approx 50% and the bike is functional.
Safe to assume that there's something wrong with the charger itself or possible the connector?
Also, does anyone know the technical name for these 5-pronged connectors?
