Since the Ultimate already has ERGON grips I figured the ERGON RM Touring Mirror was a natural choice. I bought it and I'm pretty happy with it but I wanted to mention one thing. In typical Gazelle fashion, the handlebars are very heavy duty and the bar has really thick walls. Because of this, the interior diameter is just a teeny bit too narrow for the mirror to insert into the bar. I used a file to reduce the diameter of the mirror mount and then was able to install the mirror. In conclusion, the mirror gets my recommendation but you're going to need to do a little modification in order to install it.
