50+ miles on PAS 2? I think so…

It looks like ARIEL really hit a home run with this new "basic" model ebike. It blows the doors off any other ebike within the $1,500 and down price range.
I got a real chuckle out of your 60 mile ride accomplishment. Today I , too, did a 60 mile ride on one of my fabulous M2S (brand) fat tire ebikes (I own two from that company). I try to do a 50 mile/4+hour ride pretty much every day. I am 70 years old, retired, and have no life-- but I sure am having fun.
I ordered the ARIEL X52 (in blue) on May 19th. Hopefully, it will ship out to me this next week. But, if not, no problem because I still have my two other e-toyz to keep me entertained. I really look forward to putting the new lil' blue beast into rotation with my other monsters.
I think that some potential buyers may be put off by lack of a speedometer/odometer, etc. Is there any chance you can do an "install" for an inexpensive cycling computer https://www.amazon.com/DREAM-SPORT-Computer-Speedometer-Waterproof/dp/B07HGX61WM/ref=sr_1_9? onto the RIDEAL ebike? It is a very logical alternative to having to use a high$$ cell phone unit. I think that a "wired" (as opposed to "wireless") unit will be the way to go because the ebike electrical items may interfere with reception. My very 1st ebike (I currently own 5) was without a cycling speedo unit. I tried a wireless unit and it was not receiving "info". I installed a wired unit and everything was okie-dokie. Also, the inexpensive unit I linked above works with a front disc brake.

I have a bike gps (XOSS G) on my Rideal. That’s how I accomplished the readings. I showed it several times in my video, and talked about it a bit. I will for sure be doing a review of it, as long as it works properly. I did have one glitch, but it might’ve been user error on my part. We’ll see.

I own two other ebikes as well. My Dual Motor Lectric XP is crazy, but it’s entirely different bike than the Rideal. Feels a lot different too, even when it was stock.

I am very happy with the Rideal. I highly recommend it.

Oh, OK. I just assumed that you were referring to the cell phone unit. My bad.
No worries. I was a little turned off by the lack of speedo too, just because I’d like to record mileage and know what the bike has. I found this and so far, it’s pretty easy and user friendly. It just messed up on one of my rides and didn’t sync correctly. Again, I think I might’ve hit the wrong button during import. I’ve manage to successfully sync all rides since without an issue. Keep an eye out for that video! 👍🏻
