Recently I am hearing a rubbing sound while pedaling my 2018 EJoe epic SE. The sound is regular and seems to occur once during each turn of the pedals. And now the pedal assist and throttle assist has become intermittent. The battery tests good. Any suggestions for addressing this issue? Thanks.
