2021 Giant fastroad EX pro dashboard

I just updated my 2021 fastroad EX pro with the latest firmware. Upgrade was smooth and successful. The only thing I notice is now I can not reset my odometer back to "0" when I want to reset before I go on a ride. Also the ride length, time, etc will not reset?
It used to be just press both right hand side buttons of the ride controller ERGO for 3 seconds and everything defaults to "0"
Anyone else experience this issue? any way to fix?

Help would be much appreciated!

I also completed the firmware upgrade on my FastRoad EX, but haven't seen any issues at all. Hope you get it figured out. Enjoy your bike, these things are a blast to ride.

@Sefutau2020 thanks for checking in! I just checked my current firmware once again and totally up to date. Still can not get the settings to return to Zero before I start a new ride. Just curios what buttons do you press to reset yours back to Zero?
and yes a fantastic bike, I have owned mine now for 16 months, I refer to it as my harley

I press both "assist buttons" at the same time.....sets it all back to zero.

well well, just tried once more and presto, now works again. Maybe I was not holding in long enough. Thanks again for helping out!

Also, real quick.....what type of range are you receiving from a full charge? I get roughly 50 miles in eco mode. Thanks.

I always stay in eco mode as well and generally cruise at 30 km / hr ( 18.5 mph)
As an average I am getting 90 km's per full charge (55 miles). The mileage will increase alot if I pedal at a slower speed, but that takes the fun away. I am usually always on a flat surface as well.

Thanks. My rides usually turn out to be about 16 to 17 mph for the full charge, and getting 50 miles out of it feels great. It is a blast to ride, but I notice there isn't much on the internet about this bike. Take care.
