My wife's 2021 Domane +HP is having an issue during a ride when she hits a bump the motor shuts off. The last ride it happened on small bumps. I checked battery compartment and wire connections everything is tight and looks good as far as I can see. Very low mileage on bike.
Anyone have this issue? Any help would be appreciated.
