We've had this Cross Connect for 2 years and it works very well. Shortly after we bought it the motor started making a whine/growl noise most of the time in all gears/loads. I read it may be normal but I'm wondering if I should take it in before warranty goes out to see if it's a covered issue. The nearest dealer is 1.5 hrs away so any feedback from other owners may save me a trip, Thx!
