Not worth it, in my opinion. There are forks that will fit it, you can likely find a charger for a reasonable price, tire + wheel is not a huge cost (maybe $150ish?). So financially it is not completely out of whack. Not knowing any specifics of the accident and seeing just that one photo, I would be concerned about the bike's integrity - esp the head tube, the main part of the frame, wiring/electronics.
Finding a used Como that is intact, in good condition should not be terribly difficult, but may take some time. I tried selling mine for $1200 w/ less than 250 miles and got no serious bites - no-one came by for a test ride. Guess what I'm saying is the price of this bike + the repairs + the unknowns is not compelling enough to jump on it when others will likely pop up for around the same all-in price you'd incur.
