2019 Road-E+ (S) | Water cage mount

No source here either unfortunately. I lean the same way & want to touch/ feel the equipment i'm buying or at least know it is an easy return process.
The Topeak bag had the best look to be of all the bags. It is well designed, water resistant and not too big. I'm not a big fan of the Basil bags design but I'm sure they appeal to others. That's why I decided to put holes in a brand new bag, just to see if it worked.

@pullenj - After searching high and low, I found out that the sole importer for Canada of Topeak gear does NOT import the Trunkbag EX-Velcro model. So I'm going to have to buy it in the States at some point. I've also been looking for helmet mirrors, particularly the CycleAware Reflex helmet mirror and while several websites in Canada claim to have them, calling results in finding out there is no stock. So I'm going to get those in the States also. I'm not too far from upper NY and VT states and there's nice cycling areas there, so I'll eventually order some stuff, have it shipped to the border (I know a place) and then go down for a day of pleasant riding. The prices everyone is charging for these products for shipping to Canada are crazy! Shipping is often more than the actual product (those mirrors for example).

And since I already have nice Ortleib panniers, it's not like I'm lacking for luggage space. It was the search for a water bottle holder that got me looking at the Topeak you suggested.

Thanks again for your kind suggestions and help.

I see it on amazon.ca, but the price is insanely expensive.

Try looking for BASIL bags https://www.amazon.ca/s?k=basil+MIK&ref=nb_sb_noss_2 CDN Amazon is expensive.
Here in the UK https://www.amazon.co.uk/Basil-Spor...rds=BASIL+MIK&qid=1565428299&s=gateway&sr=8-6

I just looked at that UK site and unfortunately it says "No sellers are currently delivering this item to Canada". And even if they were, by the time you add on shipping, exchange and Canadian duties, you may as well pay the Amazon.ca price. Now remember I I haven't seen either this Basil bag or the Topeak bag in person, and if they were the same price, I think I like the Topeak bag more than the Basil. I particularly like the water bottle holder (which is the reason I started searching for something to hold my water bottle since my new bike won't have a bottle cage), but I also like the overall look of the bag, based simply on the photos I've seen.

Have you seen either of these bags in person? What's your opinion?

Oh, I just realized that even without shipping, that UK price is actually MORE expensive than buying the bag in the US. (Converted to CDN dollars, the UK price is $97.24, and the US price is $79.65.)

Yes, it's expensive on the Canadian site. But if you/we buy it from the US site, they charge a whopping big amount for shipping, duties and taxes and once converted to Canadian dollars, it's actually MORE expensive than buying it from the Canadian site. I probably wouldn't do this if I only wanted that one item, but there are a couple of other things I want and need that I'm having trouble finding in Canada, so I might order everything for delivery to upper NY state, and I'll make a day of it and do some cycling down there and pick it all up. I'd also need the adapter plate for the bottom to allow the Topeak bag to be used on a MIK rack.

@NeilJ - Actually, the Basil bag you linked to looks pretty good. I hadn't seen that one before. But unfortunately, it's not available in Canada (from a Google Search) nor is it on the Amazon Canadian or US site. SIGH It looks to be the closest in size and function to the Topeak EX-Velcro that I like.
