    Another rear hub/motor noise thread

It sounds like this, not my bike but similar noise. I have an appointment at a local shop next week, they are very busy.

    Another rear hub/motor noise thread

I have a '20 700ST that has about 300 miles, I didn't ride it all last year because of back issues. Anyway, I'm getting a very loud harmonic sound from my rear wheel. It happens all the time when rolling. Doesn't matter if I'm pedaling or coasting, and doesn't matter what PA I'm in. The faster I...

Blue PAS level numbers are almost invisible.

My wife complains about the blue display every time we ride. I don’t seem to have a problem.

Still looking for the right charger

It would never shut off. It would get to the desired % and shut down and in just a few seconds it would start up again and do that until I unplugged it. Read this: https://electricbikereview.com/forums/threads/known-issues-problems-with-luna-products-help-solutions-fixes.32171/

Still looking for the right charger

I understand, but when I called them with the problem I was having they didn't say anything about that. They just said return it, which I did.

Still looking for the right charger

I've only been able to find two that will, if you know of something other than Grin and Luna, I'd appreciate the names. Thanks,

Still looking for the right charger

I still want to buy a charger for a 48v battery that will do 80% 90% and 100% charge. I know about Grin Satiator and I briefly owned a Luna Advanced charger (which I returned). Does anyone else offer one that works but doesn't cost $300 plus?

48v battery pack full charge voltage?

You mention charging to 80%, do you have a charger that will do that?

Thule Easyfold XT2 - A good rack for ebikes and the best one if you have fenders

I've been hauling my R1U 700 step thru's for a few weeks now and everything is fine. Clamps work well on both seat post tubes. I agree with tnep, the ramp is useless. I lift mine on.

Question about range on the 700 with pedaling

In my opinion you should have no trouble with your commute. Keep the PAS low and your speed reasonable. I'm sure your light weight will help, I'm 225 and old which causes me to sometimes have to use more PAS. I only have 2-20 mile rides on my new 700 but battery life has been good.

    Brake light?

I don't do FB, if you see it again please give me some info. Thanks, GG

    This doesn’t seem possible

I agree, based on my experience with 2 other Ebikes. I’m going to ride it again this weekend without charging, and see what happens.

    This doesn’t seem possible

I rode 20 miles on Sunday and my battery charge indicator still shows 100%. All pretty level and mostly PAS at 3 to 4.

Different trail, this one runs from Cleveland to Midvale Ohio along the Erie Canal.

Alaskan, I agree with what you say, except I don't ride roads at all. We are very lucky to have an 87 mile bike and hike trail near us. It's the Ohio & Erie Canal Tow Path. We can also drive up to an hour to several other trails. There are certain sections on the Tow Path that are typically very...

I am very respectful of others on the trail. When I say "on your left" when approaching I also say "thank you" when passing. We all have equal rights.

How to get fast, steady acceleration from start on the 700

I have hers set to 9 levels with 1 preset at 20%. I have the display manual on pdf. It’s not the bike, it’s how you ride it. Another thing she said is she doesn’t like the PAS level indicator being blue. She says she can’t see it in the bright sun with glasses on. I’ll have to see if I can do...

I agree, it just take a little common sense (from everyone).
