The Central Investigation Bureau of Police (Poland) together with the Customs Service have just confiscated 57,000 illegal Chinese e-scooters worth 156 million PLN (some 29 million British Pounds). A big deal of those were the Kukirin, the brand ridden by the youth terrorizing our cities
Cannot wait until the Chinese crap e-bikes would be confiscated as well!

Nobody knows. These scooters could be kept for evidence until the final verdict (which could take years) then scrapped. Or, auctioned even if they are illegal.

Today, our WA group was visited by a woman who had crashed on a "Chinese crap" (she literally wrote that!), which slightly damaged her neck. She asked if a specific Kellys e-bike could help her. I had a private audio call with her. She would do a demo ride on an inexpensive gravel bike to determine the level of her fitness after the rehab. If she finds out she cannot ride it reasonably fast, she would then do a demo ride on this beautiful Kellys:
