I know I’m really late to the party and the Topstone Neo 3 is passing into history soon, but the bike rally appealed to me with it’s capabilities, so after a few months of searching, I finally tracked down a new-to-me Cannondale Topstone Neo Carbon Lefty 3 in the Highlighter colorway. I got the bike from The Pros Closet. The bike had 1000 miles on it and mechanically was excellent (1 small paint chip, but otherwise pretty top notch) and cleaned up just like new.

I did replace some parts to freshen up the drivetrain and get the speed/gearing I was looking for
New chain (waxed w/Silca)
11-46 Rear Cassette
48T Chainring
Replaced front 180mm rotor, all brake pads
Specialized Pathfinder Pro 650bx47 tires tubeless

Added some comfort/cruisin accessories
Ritchey Comp Beacon Road Handlebar 46cm - wrapped in Lizard Skins DSP bar tape (went yellow)
Redshift seat post and stem to cushion out the chatter
Light mounts for my Bontrager Flare/RT/Radar lights I switch between bikes
Garmin Computer Mount
Stem cap Garmin interface phone mount
Top Bar bag

Pure Bling (OK, it might be a bit much… WBIC?)
Ztto Seat - Yellow, LOL
Cannondale Highlighter helmet
Matching water bottles and cages

Initial impressions are very positive on this bike - this thing is a rocket ship - getting up to 28MPH fast and holding it on the flats. Can’t wait to do some gravel and singletrack as the weather turns better. Looking to put many miles on my first e-bike.
So you are the one!!! I was on my way to test ride that bike. When I arrived, they told me it had been sold. I will keep looking, in the mean time enjoy!

Guess a minor update.

I copied Deacon and slick's fender suggestion on a trip last year. Fenders were a major quality of life improvement in bad weather. Went on a 340 mile or so mostly rainy and very muddy voyage from Pittsburg to DC. The full length of GAP and C&O Canal Towpath trails. The bike was absolutely incredible along the journey. Like a tank - took everything and just rolled comfortably right through it. Really helped with the winds and that 2 1/2 days of climbing!
