    Explore E+1 front fork pressure

the Australian Explore E+1 comes with a RST Vivair E front suspension fork with 60mm travel. on the last couple of rides it has been bottoming out and staying in the down position even with the lockout off. think i might have a leak... on a 3 1/2mth old bike..... there's nothing in the owners...

    VoLspeed 3 + Explore E+1 question

I have recently installed a VoLspeed 3 into my 2020 Explore E+1 and it is almost perfect. I say almost because there's a small niggling problem, well i think it's a problem... the Ridecontrol app and my phones GPS both report different distances traveled. The VoLspeed 3 has a setting in the...

Found a way to work around the Speed limiter . Anyone know if this can damage my motor or battery?

I tried it on my 2020 Explore E+1 couple of weeks ago, loved the extra power, But because it obvious the sensor has been shifted/modified, I decided to buy a Volspeed 3 and fit that. Can turn it on/off with the key press sequence at will, 'off' is the 25km limit and 'on' I leave it at 32km...

    Giant EXPLORE E+ 1 2020

not up the tube, but pushed up a little higher under the covers than your photo. my bike is a small frame, so probably less room to start, but managed to get the plugs up the tube. as for the puller, i'm a toolmaker that uses lathes/mills etc to make plastic injection moulds, so it was a quick...

    Giant EXPLORE E+ 1 2020

made a crank puller at work, disassembly was easy, pluged in and all tested ok. re routing the wires is certainly a task that needs a lot of meditation (or medication.....🍻) i turned the bike upside down and used a small wooden icecream stick to help push/massage the wires back up in the tube...

    Giant EXPLORE E+ 1 2020

All mine has is a Lock Screw with plastic dust shield and a Threaded crank with square hole. I'm a Toolmaker (machinist), so I'll just machine up a crank puller at work, not paying nearly 30$ for a once off use.

36mm socket is easy, might have to make a crank puller at work !

    Giant SyncDrive Pro 2020 "tuning"

I have had my 2020 Explore E+1 (syncdrive sport) here in Australia for just over 2mths now and love it, almost...... the 25km/h limit is a killer. So i tried the "move the sensor, add magnet to the crank" trick... I love the POWER it gives, so, i want to do it correctly now. Have read thru this...

    Tannus Armour Liner Noise

I have just installed a pair of Tannus Armour 700x42-47C [(42-47)-622] liners with 700x28C-32C tubes, as per the website "https://tannusamerica.com/pages/tannus-faq", into my Giant 700x45C CrossCut Gravel 2 tires.. Now the front wheel went without a hitch. But the back wheel makes a "sqelching"...
