Loading a vado 3.0 step thru on a Saris Freedom ex

I’m new to ebikes and I’m going to purchase a 2020 Vado 3.0. I’ve done some research on loading a bike on a Saris Freedom 2 ex. Here is my problem and no one seems to address it in the posts. I’m 76 yo, 5’ 5’’ and even though I workout several times a week, I’m not about to lift a 52 lb bike over the vertical center post. Can the bike be loaded with the center post laying down and be raised after the tires are secure. Every video I watch, the bike is being lifted over the post in the raised position. I would like to resolve this problem before I buy the bike. Trying to line up my ducks.

Yeah No Problem : But I wouldn't want to try balancing the Bike while putting that center Post up. If you are the only one using the rack Just use the Outside tray. IMO that's not the best rack for heavier Bikes :

There don’t seem to be many racks for ebikes with fenders. I now have a Kuat transfer for my non ebikes and could take the front fender off but it’s only rated for 80 lbs. 40 for each bike. And it seems with 1 bike it should be closest to the car.

Here's what I use. Works Great I have had many racks and these 1UP USA Racks IMO are the Best : Plus as you'll see with the links You don't have to Buy one for 2 bikes if you don't want to. Plus it works in both size Hitches : And there's no wobble at all :
