I’ve had my Zero Gravity (zerogravityracks.com or from Amazon) rack for almost two years now. I originally chose it because I needed a way to get my bike off the floor of my garage and merely hanging it vertically didn’t solve the space problem. it works by using a hydraulic piston to lift the bike and supports up to 50 pounds.
The strap you use to pull down your bike (or kayak or surfboard - they have versions for a range of sporting items) had unraveled. I’d tied it off so it was still usable, but I contacted them for a replacement. They sent it right away, at no charge, but of course the post office lost it. I reached out again and a second strap that came in a couple of days.
Terrific support for such a simple device and low cost item.
If you are space constrained for storing your sporting equipment these folks are a great option. Can’t go wrong for the price.
