Zen Electric Bikes in the News / Media

We are grateful to be working with the best scientists in the world to bring safer, longer-lasting batteries to the e-mobility market.

We will soon be known as Zen Electric because we are setting up a battery manufacturing facility in Canada to serve the electric mobility market.

Here in the NY area the conversation has rightfully shifted to battery safety. If you can come up with a viable solution, you'll own the world.
Keep up the excellent work 😉

Hi @Ravi Kempaiah
How will the pivot to “ZenElectric”, affect the Zen ebike line?
Will you have New models released for 2023?
Will the focus now be on batteries vs ebikes?
Thanks

Our in-house research work would strengthen the Zen E-bike lineup. We will have some new bikes this early summer!
Belt-drive, step-thru bikes will be available this May.

Happy to announce our new E-bike pilot program with a local university. This will be a complete net-zero system that offers clean, affordable transportation to students.

Thanks to the provincial Govt for supporting our efforts through a grant and the University president for championing the initiative.

Looks like an amazing program--hope this catches on.

We are grateful to be working with exceptional scientists like Dr. Jeff Dahn. He was awarded the highest award from the Electrochemical Society. His lab's work now makes a difference in the E-bike world.
Our battery research has been largely under the radar; hopefully, in 2024, we will be able to commercialize much of it. Zen has been featured in the latest report by CBC.

It'd be great if there can be some degree of standardization of batteries across different ebikes. So that batteries can be swapped across ebikes.
Also good to have common charger , great if we can have USB C type chargers for ebikes batteries.

Good to get rid of proprietary form factor batteries and chargers.
