Does anyone have a manual or URL to user documents on the Photon Ultra Front Fork or the Zen suspension post?

No worries, if you want to take it apart they link to the service manual in that document as well(under lubrication I think). I recommend the proper grease for this, it will prolong the life of all the seals. I like slick honey, bet there are others too.

Where do you purchase the slick honey? I live in a very remote area and Amazon is my main source of about everything.

Actually I just got home and looked. I have Slickoleum(Amazon should have it-4oz. is big enough) which i purchased along with oil for the damper, seals, etc. from a bike shop in Canada. I think you should have a gander at the service manual to determine how much/weight of fork oil you may need for the damper side of fork. Also most forks need nylon washers on bottom of fork legs replaced to ensure no leaks each time you take them apart. This is not that complex, and your fork will last a very long time if you do this regularly. It's about the same as changing the oil in a car, with a little cleaning/greasing of parts added in. I have a MTB that is 12-13 years old(with Fox suspension) and still running the original fork and rear shock, good as new.

I just searched Amazon for Slickoleum and found this suggestion.

I'm wondering if it's basically the same thing without any Snake Oil or Smokey Mirrors, or if there is any real difference?
Viscosity and additives are all that I'm thinking?

It certainly is a lot cheaper, and I'd be able to eat off my forks after servicing them. 😂

I found the parts diagram for my forks, and I think that I might have everything I need except some washers and O-rings that I've seen mentioned.

I don't know for sure, but Silicone grease can break down Silicone o rings if not compatible. I do know that S4, and most Suspension shops for instance uses Slickoleum (or slick honey or sram butter)and when I put it in my Fox forks they worked noticeably smoother. I also put low friction SKF wipers on so that helped too. I'd spring the extra few bucks and be sure I'm getting the right stuff. If you are in Canada the 4 oz. tube of Slickoleum is not much more than your link above, and you're getting 4 instead of 3 oz. I don't recommend eating off your forks though ;)
