Yukon 750 front fork

I posted this in the Volt bike forum and didn't get any responses, so I'm posting here in the hopes of reaching a wider audience.

A guest crashed my Yukon 750 and broke the piece on the front fork that connects the two sides of the fork.

I'm pretty sure the fork is a Mozo Fatman 26.

I can't find a source for that fork anywhere.

Should I replace it with the same fork or use a different one?

Either way, where’s the best place to order online?

Thanks,

Joseph

I have used Bolany and Pasak fork from AliExpress.
The quality is impressive for the price.

If you go on AliExpress, there are bunch of different brands.. though I think they all come from the same factory.

They have air fork and spring fork, so make sure to pick the right one.

Thank you so much!

I don't know much about forks. Is there any one of those listings that would best meet my needs and be easiest to install (county paved road riding)?

Well, the fork arrived and I brought it to a local shop to be installed (didn't have the time).

Seems the fork on the bike is tapered (larger bearing on top) and this fork isn't.

I'm so pissed. I thought the fat 26 forks were interchangable?

What am I missing here?

Thanks!

Thanks for the explanation.

The original fork was tapered. The new fork is straight.

Is there an adapter for this available?

Will work well and safely?

Thank you.

I just found these specs for the Yukon 750:

Headset:
NECO, Internal Cups, Sealed Cartridge, Tapered 1-1/8" to 1-1/2"
Stem:
Promax MA-596, Adjustable Angle 35° to 145°, 70mm Length, 70mm Base Height, 31.8mm Clamp Diameter, Two 10mm Spacers

Can I get an adapter?

You can get an adapter, but you would have to buy a new headset as well. But if I were you, I would return the fork you bought and get the correct one.
