Your opinions on rocky mountain altitude powerplay needed!

Hi, all,

I'm an electric bike newbie (an enthusiastic one). I will ride on weekends, 3-4 hours each time, mainly in mountainous areas. I'm 210 lb, 5,8.

I've been looking into 'rocky mountain altitude powerplay'. What's your opinion about this model? Do you have any other recommendations around the $5,000 price range?
