Yamaha Wabash suspension fork?

Have you tried supple tires and/or a Redshift suspension stem? It might be all you need.

“Should be able to run the fork equipped on the Cross Connect, the main frames should be the same.”

The Cross Connect has a different frame. The Wabash, Cross Core, Urban Rush and Civante share the same frame. If you add a suspension fork to any of these you will affect the handling and stability of the bike because it will change the geometry. It may still handle well, or it may not. Even a good suspension fork will affect steering negatively, and add weight. I would prefer a rigid fork over an inexpensive suspension fork. The best bet may be the Rockshox Rudy Gravel Fork, but it’s not cheap and I am not sure that the steerer is compatible with Yamaha bikes. Just my two cents.

I'd like to put a suspension fork on my Wabash. Anyone know what would work? Thanks.

Something like Rockshox Paragon should work nicely and it is a capable trekking fork. Make sure that headset is compatible.
