WW Still In Business?

The battery on my Hydra was shipped from Green Bike Kit .com

I think it was called a E10 / E22 Integrated Battery.

Mines 48V, but they may have 52V ?!

What a damn shame.
I asked about the 48v, because my Hydra's battery is a 48V.
At first I wanted them to cover them under warranty but they refused. Rather than argue I was willing to pay full price for a 52v battery so I could have at least one to use between the two bikes. They supposedly can’t get them so it is what it is. Bikes are gone now.

Sucks that they are gone but we saw it comin. Ironically I just started rebuilding my Hydra Fatty. Just need to get a battery made for it. I’m contemplating selling it and getting the new HPC Trailblazer Fatty. I have the MTB Trailblazer and it’s a phenomenal bike. The Fat Bike version has up to 2000w and 17.5ah 52V battery. Pricing is very similar to WW.

48v won’t work in my bike. It’s programmed for 52v. I just got tired of dealing with the whole situation. I’ve had so many e-bikes from various manufacturers like Sondors, Specialized, Luna, Vintage Electric and RIDE1UP. The Hydra’s are the only bikes that gave me this problem. I was just done and wanted to move on. The bikes have been taken apart and the majority of the parts used in new builds. One motor, charger, and programming cable was sold to the owner of Area 13 bikes. The black fat bike frame and motor are packed away somewhere as I just moved. Not in a hurry to find it either.

Reminds me of the same kind of mess I ran into when dealing with a shady homebuilder a while back. If you ever want to see how those companies stack up, this list here helped me a ton: https://help-center.pissedconsumer.com/worst-to-best-homebuilders/. It’s wild how often the same patterns pop up—bad communication, broken promises, etc. Hope WW gets it together soon, but not holding my breath based on the stories here.
It’s really disappointing to see Watt Wagons go under, but it seems like a lot of companies faced similar struggles, especially with supply issues post-COVID. I was a customer, and I can relate to the frustration with the warranty and parts availability. Hopefully, we’ll see more stability in the industry moving forward
