Why aren't many ebike warranties tranferable?

I believe it's for ebikes too.

It excludes theft and electrical? As an insurance man, save your money because things that break on your bike are great candidates for self insurance imho...

Before buying anything used and of value, it's worthwhile to check on warranty transfer.... lack of warranty is one reason that used things are less expensive.
