Where to order rear axle assy

I'm in need of a complete rear axle quick-release assembly for my delite4. Would I need to go through RnM to order one, or is there another way?

Probably not, and yes. Just take good measure of the axle and search for it. Since you have a nice bike look at upscale retailers like Jensen, etc..
If you seek low price, search on Amazon or eBay.

R&M won't sell parts to you directly. You should start at the dealer who sold you the bike, if possible. Delite4 doesn't sound that old. Is it still under warranty?

If you are out-of-warranty, this is likely to be expensive. If it's just the QR assembly, I'm inclined to agree w/ @gromike unless the part from Germany is reasonably priced.

i reached out to propel and ordered the parts. I have yet to receive the parts.

The shop that sold me the bike(contacted me days after propel) did me one better. They sent me an ebay listing for the snubber

Rolhoff requires these for use with their hubs when using belt drive. Suitible for Rohloff Speedhub 500/14, XL 500/14, XXL 500/14, and others. MPN: CDECDQ. Gates Carbon Belt Drive QR Snubber. The snubber prevents skipping of the belt on the rear sprockets.

I was able to get the axle in within the day and the snubber took about a week. Only had one down day.
